Петербург. Доходный дом Лидвалей. 1899-1900, 1901-02, 1902-03, 1903-04

Каменноостровский проспект открывает один из самых знаменитых домов стиля модерн. Это - доходный дом Лидвалей (Каменноостровский пр. 1-3, Малая Посадская ул., 5). Возведение этого жилого комплекса создало имя его архитектору Федору Ивановичу Лидвалю, для которого это был первый заказ. Так выглядело это здание в 1910-е годы и в наши дни:
